Your listings grid

The listings page (/etsy/listings) shows every listing in your connected shop, not only the ones made in Elistit. If you have been selling on Etsy for years, the whole back catalogue is here.

That matters because the tools on this page apply to all of it. Tag edits, section moves and refreshes work the same on a listing you uploaded by hand three years ago as on one Elistit produced this morning.

What the statuses mean

Status	Meaning
Active	Live and buyable
Draft	Not published. Publishing happens in your Etsy dashboard
Inactive	Deliberately deactivated by you. Free to leave here
Expired	Ran past its four month term. Costs nothing to leave expired
Sold out	Every unit sold. Good news, not a problem to fix
Failed	Elistit tried to create this listing and Etsy refused it. It does not exist on Etsy

Failed is the odd one out. The other five are Etsy’s own states. Failed is ours, and it means the listing never reached Etsy at all. There is nothing on Etsy to activate, deactivate or refresh, so bulk actions skip these.

Which way edits travel

Both directions, at different speeds.

Edit in Elistit, and it goes to Etsy immediately. Changing a title, tags or price here pushes the change to your live listing as part of saving it.
Edit on Etsy, and it comes back on the next sync. Elistit refreshes its copy of your shop on a schedule, so a change you make in Etsy shop manager appears here after that runs, not instantly.

The practical rule: do not edit the same listing in both places at once. If you change tags in Etsy and change them here before the sync has caught up, the second change wins and the first is lost. Pick one place per listing per session.

Why your count may not match Etsy’s

The grid shows what Elistit has synced. A few reasons the numbers can differ:

Listings created since the last sync are not here yet.
A shop connected recently may still be filling in its back catalogue.
Failed listings appear here and do not exist on Etsy, so Elistit can show more rows than Etsy does.

Use the sync control at the top of the page if you have just made changes on Etsy and want them reflected now.

Finding things

Search looks at titles and tags. It waits until you stop typing rather than searching on every keystroke.
Status filters narrow to one state. Expired is often the most useful, since it is where the money decisions are.
Sections are your Etsy shop sections, pulled live from your shop.
Sort covers recency, price, and views, sales and favourites over the last thirty days.
Page size goes up to 200. Worth knowing before selecting everything on a page, since selection works per page.

Deep links

Other parts of Elistit link to a specific listing here and highlight it briefly. If you followed a link and the listing is not highlighted, it was not on the first page of the current filter. Clearing filters and searching the title finds it.

FAQ

Are these all my listings, or only the ones Elistit made? All of them, from the connected shop.

Can I delete a listing from here? No. Deleting is permanent on Etsy and stays in your Etsy dashboard. You can deactivate, which is reversible.

Can I publish a draft from here? No. Etsy treats publishing as putting the listing live and runs its own checks on images, files and shipping. That stays in your Etsy dashboard for now.

Why can I not edit a failed listing? Because there is nothing on Etsy to edit. The failure means Etsy rejected the listing when Elistit tried to create it.

What happens to my listings if I disconnect the shop? Nothing happens on Etsy. Your listings stay exactly as they are. Elistit stops syncing them, and that is all.

Can my assistant use this page? Yes, if you have shared the workspace with them, including the bulk tools.
