How it works

  1. Complete your project (generate, upscale, create mockups)
  2. Elistit pushes the draft directly to your connected Etsy shop via the API
  3. Review the title, description, and tags in your Etsy shop manager
  4. Edit any fields you want to customise
  5. Click Publish on Etsy when you are ready

The listing will appear in your Etsy shop manager as a draft. It will never be published automatically — the publish decision stays with you.

Editing before publishing

Once a draft is in Etsy, you can make any additional changes in your Etsy shop manager:

  • Adjust pricing
  • Add to a shop section
  • Modify the description or tags
  • Reorder listing images
  • Set shipping profiles (digital delivery is pre-configured)

Listing copy quality

The AI-generated listing copy is designed to be a strong starting point, not a final draft. It follows Etsy SEO best practices:

  • Titles lead with the primary keyword and include relevant attributes
  • Descriptions address buyer questions (what is included, print sizes, how to print)
  • Tags cover a mix of broad and specific search terms

Review and personalise the copy to match your shop’s voice and brand.

Requirements

  • Your Etsy shop must be connected in Settings → Integrations
  • Your project must have at least one upscaled image
  • You need available credits for the listing data generation

If your shop is not connected, Elistit produces your complete listing data as a downloadable file you can upload to Etsy manually.
