Refund & Credit Policy: Elistit

At Elistit (operated by Your Brand Assistant LLC), we provide high-performance AI-driven production tools. Because our services involve real-time digital generation and immediate GPU-compute consumption, we maintain the following strict policies regarding payments and credits.

1. Billing & Merchant of Record

1.1 Authorized Merchant. All financial transactions, including Elistit Pro subscriptions and Creative Credit packs, are processed by our Merchant of Record, Fungies Inc.

1.2 Statement Descriptor. To avoid confusion and unauthorized disputes, please note that charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as:

2. General “No Refund” Policy

2.1 Final Sale. All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate allocation of AI processing power, we do not offer cash refunds for:

  • Elistit Pro monthly or annual subscription fees.
  • Creative Credit packs (one-time purchases).
  • Credits already utilized to initiate a production pipeline.

2.2 Right of Withdrawal. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) expires once you access the digital service or consume your first Creative Credit, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. System Failure & Service Credits

While we do not offer cash refunds, we provide a Service Guarantee to ensure you receive the value you paid for.

Automated Failure Re-Credits. If a production run fails due to a generation error, processing fault, or server timeout, our system is designed to return those Creative Credits to your balance within 15 minutes.

Manual Review. If credits are not automatically returned after a qualifying technical failure, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the run. Following verification, we will manually adjust your credit balance.

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1 Management. You may cancel your Elistit Pro subscription at any time through Account Settings or the Fungies Inc. billing portal.

4.2 Term Access. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features and any remaining credit balance until the end of your current billing cycle.

4.3 No Prorated Refunds. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle when cancellation occurs mid-cycle.

5. Exceptions & Disputes

5.1 Discretionary Refunds. In limited circumstances, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Your Brand Assistant LLC and/or Fungies Inc., including:

  • Verified duplicate charges for the same transaction.
  • Prolonged, unresolved system outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours.

5.2 Chargebacks. Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback for a recognized purchase labeled FUNGIES YOURBRANDASSIST* may result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from all Your Brand Assistant LLC platforms.
